IT Technician - RemoteLink IT
We are in need of an IT Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone
wanting to embark on a career in Computer hardware technologies.
Duties include:
· Install computers/laptops and printers
· Troubleshoot shoot computers/laptops and printer issues
· Setup networks and troubleshoot network issues
· Knowledge of server’s firewalls will be an advantage
· Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications

Web Designer/App Developer

Help Desk Assistant
Our business and is growing and we have a vacancy for a Help Desk Assistant commencing immediately. Your services will be outsourced to an IT Service provider. You will be responsible for handling support requests for clients and assist with internal admin/sales duties.
This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Action requests received via, emails, support tickets and other forms of communication from the line managers.

Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
​
-
Basic setups such as user creation, email setups, MS Office 365 account and email setups and maintenance
​

When unable to resolve customer issue, escalate to appropriate support group according to process within set time frame
​
-
Adhere to process for handling and management of all customer issues
​

Assist with help desk management and administration
​
-
Assist with document management
​
To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes:

Prior experience in a level 1 and/or level 2 technical support role
​

Prior customer service experience
​

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server operations systems and desktop applications
​

Ability to convey guide, support and convey information to a variety of people
​

Excellent communicator with very strong written and verbal communication skills If you are

Systems Engineer
Our business is growing and we have a vacancy for a Systems engineer commencing immediately.
You will be the final escalation point on technical matters and you will be expected to assist field service team and helpdesk. You will also be expected to take helpdesk calls when an over flow of work occurs
This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues

Handle level 2 and 3 technical escalations

Assist helpdesk overflows

Adhere to company policies and manage of all customer issues

Implementation of servers and network infrastructure

Recovery of servers and dates in disasters

Implementation of cloud infrastructure and maintenance
To be successful in this role you must have at least four of the following attributes:

Prior experience in a level 1, 2 and 3 technical support roles
-
Fluent English- This role requires dealing with foreign clients
-
High level knowledge and experience in implementation and maintenance of Microsoft server products such as MS server 2016 & 2019
-
Experienced in Hyper or VM Ware
-
Experienced in backup systems and recovery-Preferably Storage Craft or Acronis
-
Experienced in implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure with firewalls and managed switches
-
using at least one of the following - CISCO/Fortinet/Cyberoam/Watchgaurd
-
Experienced in IPSEC/SSL and PPTP VPN setups
-
Experienced in spam filters, virus scanners and cyber security

Experienced is cloud products such as Office 365, Azure, Ms Teams, SharePoint
